I hate to say someone's ups and downs really captured me and made me engrossed in the book but Demi Moore has put her life out there so honestly and generously that you don't feel like you're reading a book. At times I felt I had someone physically in front of me telling me their life story, other times it was like a personal letter was written to me. As far as autobiographies go, this isn't one to miss. Take away the glamour and celebrity, it was real life and if you have ever experienced trauma she reminds you that there is a way out and peace at the end of it all.
