That's a solid 7/10. I'll be honest with you, when I first saw this book on the shelf in the shop I thought to myself 'looks like an easy read, I need something cheap and cheerful'. Honestly, it was actually a real good book. I spotted some grammatical and spelling errors here and there but it they were so minor. The imagery was vivid, the storyline complicated but easy to follow. A lot of suspense and you do get that happy ending you really want - I did want more and you are left wanting to find out what happens in the years after. The storyline follows a young lady leaving London over heartbreak and meeting her grandmother for the first time in Morocco. What follows is an unraveling of the past, mended and fractured relationships intertwined with murders. Overall. I would definitely recommend.
